Let’s be honest: when it comes to raising kids, we’re all just trying to survive.
Whether you’re drowning in advice about “gentle parenting” or just trying to get through the day, you are not alone. Our recent research confirmed what we already suspected: parental guilt is endemic, and unrealistic social media perfectionism has only made things worse. In fact, 40% of parents frequently experience feelings of parental guilt, and 21% feel it constantly, every single day.
But parents are tired of the lectures. A massive 83% of parents said they would actively engage with raw, funny, or chaotic “confessional” moments from real parents, and searches for “parenting humour” have skyrocketed by 650% over the last year. Am I A Bad Parent? is our answer to that call.
Am I a Bad Parent? is a no-nonsense, relatable new podcast where celebrity parents laugh, cry, and vent about the chaotic reality of raising kids. The goal of the show is simple: to make viewers laugh, feel more positive, and realise they are not alone on this journey.
